Natalie Parfait, is a lifetime west bank resident, the owner of Nat-FIT504 LLC. She is an accredited trainer in Personal training, group fitness & Bootcamps and nutrition since 2014.
Natalie has been located on the Westbank since 2014, changing lives and  getting the Westbank, Slidell, New Orleans, Luling and residents in surrounding areas fit, one body at a time!
Natalie’s passion and  is helping each client achieve their overall health, wellness and fitness goals. From firsthand experience Natalie can teach you how and provide the tools for you to obtain and smash those goals.
Natalie provides a comfortable, inviting atmosphere where you will be challenged by her original, always different never boring workouts. Where you will be using new techniques and combinations that are proven to produce maximum results!
So whatever shape you are in. If you want to loose weight and tone up or add muscle and define your body, Natalie has the solution.

Bootcamp Trainer

Alyson Delaune, a Marrero native, graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2019 with a degree in Legal Studies with a minor in Business Administration. She became passionate about fitness at an early age by doing competitive dance and gymnastics. She was able to continue her athletic career at the collegiate level by joining the Dixie Darlings Dance Team for 3 years (2017-2019). She has been involved in the Pro-Fit training programs for multiple years and is looking forward to using her knowledge gained through these programs and apply it to her training. She successfully earned her certification in Advanced Group Fitness and Boot Camp Instructor. Alyson is passionate about helping clients of all ages and experience levels gain confidence through the physical and mental benefits of exercise. Some of her true passions in fitness are flexibility, stretching, form, cardio, and strength.
